This clerk records and maintains control of all purchased and produced inventory items.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Compile records from ordering, shipping and receiving materials.
• Update information on the computer to maintain inventory records.
• Assess stock supply and reorder status.
• Assist in preparing and verifying the requisition of additional stock items using the appropriate forms or systems.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with established internal control procedures.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to learn and follow procedures. Requires accurate and efficient record keeping and verification of inventory changes.
