What Drives Success

Under direct supervision, the Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for assembling mechanical units or fabricated parts to create sub-assemblies or complete units. This role involves routine and repetitive assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Use various hand and power tools and operate equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses.
- Cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and/or assemble components.
- Obtain raw materials, load, and operate equipment to produce finished products.
- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.

What We Are Looking For

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous factory experience preferred.
 
**Skills & Requirements:**
- **Good problem-solving skills**
- **Effective communication skills**
- **Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment**
- **Able to lift up to 25 pounds**
- **Able to remain in a standing, stationary position for extended periods**
- **Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required, including weekends**
- **Available to attend off-shift training or work and rotations between departments when required**

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $17.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
