What Drives Success

Role Overview
As part of the Corporate Communications/MarCom function, this role will be responsible for managing and maintaining SharePoint pages to ensure information is structured, updated, and easily accessible for stakeholders. The position plays a key role in enabling effective internal communication and digital collaboration across teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Page Creation & Management

  • Create and design SharePoint pages aligned with internal communication standards and branding guidelines.
  • Build and structure site pages, sections, and navigation to improve usability and information flow.
  • Develop visually structured pages using web parts, layouts, and multimedia elements.

Content Publishing & Updates

  • Upload, format, and publish content including announcements, documents, images, and videos.
  • Regularly review and update pages to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Maintain version control and ensure proper document organization.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Operations, Leadership teams) to understand content requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder inputs into well-structured SharePoint pages.
  • Provide guidance to teams on best practices for SharePoint content management.

Site Governance & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to SharePoint governance policies, naming conventions, and access permissions.
  • Maintain consistency in page design, navigation, and user experience across SharePoint sites.
  • Monitor site performance and improve page structure for better usability.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve the SharePoint experience through better page design and automation.
  • Support the adoption of digital tools and features such as templates, workflows, and integrations with Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI or automation for content organization and search optimization.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting internal communication platforms or intranet sites.
  • Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps
  • Setup a regular feedback mechanism to gauge audience engagement
  • Strong knowledge of design processes and project management
  • Attention to detail and focus on the quality of output
  • (Good to have) Experience in UX/UI and usability principles .

What We Are Looking For

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 - 7 years of Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint (Online preferred), Good understanding of page layouts, web parts, document libraries, and navigation structures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain structured digital content.
  • Basic knowledge of content formatting, internal communications, or digital content management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requests.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word).
