What Drives Success

Under direct supervision, the person in this position works in a variety of manufacturing jobs as needed.

  • Interprets basic wiring diagrams, pictorials, wiring schematics, written and verbal instructions to assemble electrical components and units in a production environment.
  • Places components in electric box or unit in accordance with provided documentation.
  • Reconciles pick list to work order and kit parts.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Able to identify electrical components.
  • Developing ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and components.
  • Developing skills with wire gauges, electrical connectors, terminals, tape measure, squares, hand tools and electrical tools.
  • Frequently moves and positions equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.30-20.75/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
